Ruffwear's apparel features an active, tailored fit that hugs close to your dog's body, designed to move with their natural range of motion. Measurement is determined by your dog’s chest girth, measured around the widest part of the rib cage. Coverage may fit slightly shorter or longer depending on your dog’s proportions. If between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit, or down for a more snug fit.

Stretch leg loops and an insulated storm collar keep your dog comfortable in wet, cold conditions. A back leash portal, reflective accents, and a light loop for the Beacon™ Safety Light make it adventure-ready from first light to last.

    Finally found the perfect jacket!

    I have now purchaed two of these insulated jackets(vests) Our Portugese Water Dog (who hates the rain)loves them. These jackets are easy to put on, are lightweight, warm and waterproof. The quality is wonderful. No rough seams to rub against their skin and they wash beautifully. I love that they cover his entire back. I only wish I had found these earlier. Definetly recommend them.

    This coat is worth every penny !

    It fits so well and appears to be very comfortable on my dog .

    Recommendation from my big sister

    Many years ago, my parents bought my doggy sister this same exact jacket. She loved it so much that when they rescued me years later, they bought me one too. If I were to become her size, I would get her jacket because it’s in great shape. I am a much smaller breed so they will donate my sister’s coat to the local shelter.
